Responsibilities

- Develop innovative prototypes through rapid prototyping methodologies
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical modeling and machine learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing platforms
- Secure intellectual property through patent applications and technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to R&D strategy development

Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of developing energy storage technologies (batteries, supercapacitors)
- Expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and statistical modeling
- Strong programming skills (Python, MATLAB) and experience with CAD software
- Demonstrated ability to publish in high-impact scientific journals
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and FDA regulatory standards for product development
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts
