Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expert in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Demonstrable track record of reducing production defects by 40%+
