Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Implement API testing with Postman and RESTful validation
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability audits
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality initiatives
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing methodologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
