Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead QA strategy for cloud-native applications across 5+ product lines
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Integrate JIRA/Confluence to maintain transparent QA metrics and defect tracking
- Champion CI/CD pipeline optimization for automated testing deployment
- Mentor junior QA engineers on industry best practices and tools
- Drive quality initiatives through cross-functional DevOps partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years in QA with 3+ years in test automation leadership roles
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools (Postman/RestAssured)
- Proven experience with performance testing (JMeter/K6) and security testing methodologies
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test data management
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience in fast-paced tech environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
