Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end testing frameworks including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead test automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality KPIs and release criteria
- Execute exploratory testing and defect triage using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Develop comprehensive test documentation including test plans, cases, and scripts
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) quality gates
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing complex web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and defect management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
