Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated QA gates
- Document test plans, cases, and defects using JIRA and Confluence
- Perform exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex system issues
- Mentor QA team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
