Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security validation
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product risks early
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for defect tracking and QA metrics
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-native microservices architecture
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with 2+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong experience with REST API testing and Postman
- Proficiency in SQL and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- AWS/GCP cloud services knowledge
- Agile/Scrum methodologies certification
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
