Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex web/mobile applications
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases in payment systems
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering to define quality KPIs
- Mentor junior QA engineers through peer reviews and workshops
- Implement performance/load testing using JMeter/K6
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes using JIRA/TestRail
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Python/Java preferred)
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced
- Experience with API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Track record of shipping zero-defect releases
- Excellent communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders
