Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins to accelerate release cycles
- Lead defect triage sessions with development teams to ensure timely resolution
- Implement CI/CD pipeline quality gates and monitoring dashboards
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing methodologies
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Validate API integrations using Postman and Swagger specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation techniques
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Proven track record of improving product quality metrics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
