Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Execute manual and automated testing using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Lead defect triage sessions and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts
- Develop performance and security test suites using JMeter and OWASP ZAP
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Document test cases, procedures, and quality standards in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright with Python/JavaScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker)
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and data validation
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred
- Experience testing SaaS platforms with high-volume transactional systems
- Proficiency in JIRA, TestRail, and defect management workflows
