- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright

- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical defects
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, JIRA, and defect tracking systems
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced preferred
