Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end QA frameworks for SaaS security platforms
- Execute manual, automated, and penetration testing across complex systems
- Develop performance and load testing protocols for high-traffic environments
- Lead root cause analysis of critical defects and drive preventive measures
- Maintain and enhance test automation suites using Selenium/Cypress
- Champion quality metrics through JIRA dashboards and reporting tools
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with cybersecurity or fintech products
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Proficiency in security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
