Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium and Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA with cross-functional teams
- Implement exploratory testing techniques for complex user workflows
- Collaborate with developers to implement test-driven development practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous quality improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers on testing methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with 3+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and Java/Python
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
