Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for cloud-based SaaS platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
- Drive test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) practices
- Analyze defect trends and implement preventative measures using JIRA and defect analytics
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality benchmarks across product teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 3+ years in automated testing for enterprise applications
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management workflows
- Experience with SQL for database testing and API testing with Postman/RestAssured
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent QA methodology training
- Proficiency in Linux command line and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Demonstrable experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
