Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust, scalable automated test frameworks from scratch.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define comprehensive test strategies.
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Manage the end-to-end bug tracking process from identification to resolution.
- Lead root cause analysis sessions and contribute to architectural design reviews.
- Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of quality-first engineering.
- Maintain CI/CD integration to ensure rapid, high-quality deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance for complex web applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API testing tools like Postman or Rest-Assured.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database testing methodologies.
- Experience working within AWS or GCP cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
