Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and recurring software defects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead the transition from manual testing workflows to an integrated CI/CD pipeline strategy.
- Mentor junior QA staff and advocate for best practices in test-driven development (TDD).
- Oversee performance, stress, and security testing protocols to ensure system resilience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation testing.
- Proven proficiency in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- In-depth understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.
