Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test strategies for cloud-native applications and microservices
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and custom frameworks
- Conduct comprehensive regression, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality-first culture
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline optimization
- Document test cases, defects, and quality reports using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript
- Familiarity with REST API testing and tools like Postman
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- AWS/GCP cloud platform testing knowledge
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
