Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex software architectures.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early in the SDLC.
- Conduct deep-dive performance, stress, and security testing.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Mentor junior QA staff and advocate for high-quality coding standards across the engineering department.
- Analyze production logs to identify recurring issues and provide root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or related fields.
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Proven track record of building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
