Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead end-to-end testing for complex web and mobile applications
- Define test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and drive preventive actions
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines
- Validate compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Python/Java)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter/K6)
- Proficient in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
