Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions for continuous testing
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and drive root cause analysis
- Mentor QA team members and champion quality best practices across departments
- Conduct exploratory testing and validate compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive quality improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years QA experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST-assured) and performance testing (JMeter)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Certifications in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodologies preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
