Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Identify, document, and track software defects with high precision, providing clear feedback to developers.
- Integrate testing tools into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality code.
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability assessments to enhance the end-user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define quality standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews to improve team testing capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
