Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for web/mobile applications
- Lead end-to-end test automation using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Execute manual and automated testing across multiple environments
- Collaborate with developers to integrate quality gates into Agile sprints
- Identify root causes of defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain and optimize test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
- Perform exploratory testing and usability validation for new features
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with 2+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and continuous integration tools
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of improving defect detection rates by 30%+
- Experience testing high-traffic SaaS applications
