- Lead defect triage sessions and drive resolution with development teams using JIRA
- Maintain test environments and ensure consistent infrastructure across CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish departmental best practices
- Validate compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of QA experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills with complex technical scenarios
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
