Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Lead exploratory testing sessions for complex payment processing workflows
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering API, UI, and performance testing
- Champion quality metrics through JIRA dashboards and CI/CD integration
- Execute security penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and tool optimization
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement shift-left quality strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS fintech applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record of reducing critical bugs by 40%+
