Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead QA initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring sprint quality gates
- Identify, document, and track defects with JIRA and Confluence workflows
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize quality improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best testing practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Engineering within B2B SaaS environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and test management tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA in DevOps culture
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
