Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for web/mobile applications
- Lead automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Execute manual and automated testing across complex payment systems
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Conduct performance/load testing with JMeter/Gatling
- Validate compliance with PCI-DSS and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor QA team on best practices and emerging tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in fintech/financial systems
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in SQL, API testing (Postman), and performance testing
- Certified ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong knowledge of security testing principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
