Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize test environments and reduce execution time
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality metrics
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability analysis for complex web/mobile applications
- Generate comprehensive test reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with SaaS or enterprise software
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven ability to design test data management strategies and security testing protocols
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in complex technical scenarios
