Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects in JIRA
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and quality validation
- Analyze test data to identify trends and drive quality improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of security testing and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
