Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites using industry-standard tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Perform root cause analysis on critical bugs to prevent future occurrences.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability under high traffic.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Expert knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
