Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for complex web/mobile applications
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion DevOps best practices
- Implement performance testing with JMeter and LoadRunner
- Manage test environments and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Python preferred)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Demonstrable problem-solving with defect tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
