Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Implement API testing with Postman and REST-assured for microservices architecture
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability evaluations for new features
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices
- Generate quality metrics dashboards using Grafana and SQL
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or cloud-based applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
