Key Responsibilities
- Automated Testing Strategy: Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to reduce regression testing time.
- Test Planning: Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data strategies for new features and system updates.
- API & Performance Testing: Utilize tools like Postman and JMeter to validate API integrations and perform load/stress testing to ensure system stability under peak traffic.
- Bug Management: Collaborate with developers to reproduce, track, and verify bugs in JIRA, ensuring a 95%+ bug resolution rate before release.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate test scripts into our CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to automate the testing process for every code commit.
- Quality Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer during the development cycle, providing insights on user experience and functional requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Automation Testing, or Software Testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress), API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured), and bug tracking systems (JIRA).
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Monitor system performance and conduct load/stress testing.
