Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to ensure 100% coverage of critical user paths.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to define test criteria and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to automate the testing process and accelerate release cycles.
- Conduct exploratory testing and performance testing to identify edge cases and bottlenecks before production deployment.
- Write and execute API tests using Postman and REST Assured to validate backend functionality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews to promote best practices in testing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on Automation (SDET).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
