Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead CI/CD pipeline integration with automated test suites
- Perform root cause analysis for complex defects and coordinate with engineering teams
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality benchmarks
- Execute exploratory testing and user acceptance testing scenarios
- Optimize test coverage and reduce execution cycles by 30%+
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and testing frameworks
- Proficiency in API testing with Postman/RestAssured
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Selenium WebDriver or ISTQB Advanced Level
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
