Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium/Playwright
- Lead QA strategy for microservices architecture with 99.9% uptime requirements
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated regression suites (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing methodologies
- Analyze defect trends and drive quality improvements through root cause analysis
- Champion test-driven development practices across engineering teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience with 5+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Java/Python and modern automation frameworks
- Strong background in API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing (JMeter)
- Proven experience with CI/CD integration and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of security testing tools (OWASP ZAP/Burp Suite)
- Experience in fintech or regulated industry compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC2)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
