Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute automated regression suites and manual exploratory testing to ensure product stability.
- Integrate testing pipelines into CI/CD workflows to enable continuous delivery.
- Analyze bug reports and work closely with developers to ensure root cause analysis and timely fixes.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the improvement of our testing culture and processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Automation and Test Engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Expert knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing (SQL).
- Experience with Cloud-based testing environments and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing methodologies (TDD, BDD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
