Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous delivery.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured to validate backend functionality.
- Analyze test results and report bugs with clear documentation to the development team for immediate resolution.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria and test plans.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the development of QA best practices and standards.
- Conduct performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Strong understanding of SQL and API testing principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
