Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Cypress
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-native microservices architecture
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality-first engineering practices
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical bugs
- Implement performance testing with JMeter and K6 for 99.99% uptime SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA automation experience with Selenium/Cypress
- Expertise in API testing with Postman and REST-assured
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail and Zephyr
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certified ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer preferred
- Proven track record in fintech or high-transaction systems
