Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risk.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection and RFP/RFQ management to contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Tier-1 suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to forecast procurement needs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics and Engineering, to support production milestones.
- Monitor supplier performance KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audit requirements and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic purchasing or procurement management.
- Proven track record of managing high-spend categories and complex contract negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market fluctuations and data trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-cultural vendor management.
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or equivalent certification is highly desired.
