Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply continuity.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements with international and domestic suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks and volatility.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline the procure-to-pay process and improve inventory turnover.
- Conduct regular supplier performance audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior procurement staff and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MS Excel (data modeling).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- CPM, CPSM, or APICS certification preferred.
