Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply continuity.
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts, SLAs, and service agreements to maximize enterprise value.
- Analyze market trends and price indices to mitigate procurement risks and manage volatility.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations to streamline raw material acquisition.
- Implement data-driven inventory management protocols to optimize working capital.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee supplier performance reviews and ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or direct purchasing.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and multi-million dollar budget management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CPIM, or CSCP) is highly preferred.
