- Manage vendor performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews and site audits.
- Supervise a team of buyers to ensure all purchasing operations remain compliant with corporate governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial purchasing or strategic sourcing.
- Expert-level proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on spend analysis and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of significant cost savings.
- Professional certification (CPM, CPSM, or CSCP) is highly desirable.
