Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with corporate growth and production targets.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to mitigate risks and capitalize on supply chain opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Finance to forecast material requirements.
- Manage the entire Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and compliance auditing.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance purchasing efficiency and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CPM/CPSM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value spend categories and achieving significant cost reductions.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing procurement teams across diverse geographical regions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
