Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve cost-efficiency and supply reliability.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier 1 global suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Production, to streamline material acquisition.
- Manage the entire purchase-to-pay lifecycle, ensuring compliance with corporate governance policies.
- Mentor and lead a team of procurement specialists to improve departmental performance.
- Maintain and audit supplier KPIs to ensure strict adherence to quality and lead-time standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement roles.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly desirable.
