Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle management of federal IT projects worth $2M+
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and DHS security protocols
- Coordinate with 15+ agency stakeholders across government branches
- Manage agile development teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Develop detailed project documentation including SOW, RACI charts, and risk registers
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract performance
- Report project status to executive leadership via C-level dashboards
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT project management experience in government/public sector
- PMP or PgMP certification mandatory
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Proven track record managing cloud migration projects
- Advanced knowledge of FedRAMP and CUI handling
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, and federal financial systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
