Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital transformation roadmaps for federal departments
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, UX designers, and policy experts
- Drive adoption of cloud technologies, AI, and automation in public services
- Develop digital governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Present transformation outcomes to parliamentary committees and senior executives
- Establish KPIs for digital service performance and citizen satisfaction
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in government IT transformation or public sector consulting
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Security clearance eligibility (Reliability Status)
- Experience with Canadian digital identity frameworks (e.g., GCKey)
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations
- PMP or ITIL certification preferred
- Fluency in English and French
