Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for luxury lifestyle clients, aligning with business objectives
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers
- Lead crisis communications protocols and reputation management initiatives
- Oversee digital PR campaigns, including social media amplification and influencer partnerships
- Manage annual PR budgets and track campaign ROI through analytics and KPI reporting
- Mentor junior PR team members and guide content creation for press releases, pitches, and thought leadership
- Organize and execute high-profile events, press conferences, and media tours
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive PR experience, with 3+ years in senior management roles
- Proven track record securing placements in top-tier publications (e.g., Vogue, Forbes, WSJ)
- Expertise in luxury lifestyle, consumer goods, or hospitality PR sectors
- Strong crisis management experience with measurable success in reputation recovery
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to craft compelling narratives across formats
- Demonstrated success managing PR budgets exceeding $500K annually
- BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
