Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with client business goals and drive brand awareness.
- Manage media relations, including securing high-profile placements in top-tier national and international publications.
- Lead crisis communication efforts and provide guidance on reputation management.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, statements, and media kits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed monthly reports for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations.
- Proven track record of securing coverage in major media outlets (e.g., Forbes, NYT, Bloomberg, WSJ).
- Demonstrated success in managing PR campaigns for B2B and B2C brands.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong network of media contacts and an understanding of current media trends.
- Proficiency in PR software tools (e.g., Cision, Muck Rack, PR Newswire).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
