Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with client business objectives and market trends.
- Manage relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers across national and trade media outlets.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality press releases, op-eds, and thought leadership content.
- Cultivate a strong brand narrative and proactively manage corporate reputation.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior PR associates and account coordinators.
- Monitor media trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies in real-time.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in securing placements in top-tier publications and broadcast media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Crisis communication experience is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
