Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns for high-profile clients across technology, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier journalists, influencers, and media outlets
- Lead crisis communications initiatives, including rapid response planning and stakeholder management
- Manage media relations strategy, including pitching stories, securing coverage, and tracking KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling press releases, pitches, and digital content
- Mentor junior PR professionals and conduct regular team training sessions
- Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive PR experience with at least 3 years in management
- Proven track record of securing coverage in major outlets (TechCrunch, Forbes, WSJ, etc.)
- Crisis communications expertise with demonstrated success in high-stakes situations
- Strong portfolio showcasing measurable campaign results and client growth
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in PR tools (Cision, Meltwater, TrendKite) and analytics platforms
